What counts as a feedback item? ▾
A submitted feedback note, voice note, bug report, or client review item captured by TellBack. Session telemetry helps provide context but does not count the same way as a feedback item.
Is AI usage metered separately? ▾
No. Every feedback item includes unlimited AI regeneration, so you can refine the generated task or prompt without worrying about hidden AI credits or quotas.
Can I use TellBack on client projects? ▾
Yes. Freelance and above are built for client work, with client review links, custom templates, and widget branding controls.
What happens if I go over my monthly feedback limit? ▾
You can buy a temporary feedback package (+500 items for $19) or upgrade to a larger plan. Add-on feedback packages are valid for 90 days.
Can I remove the TellBack badge? ▾
The TellBack badge is shown on Solo and Freelance plans. Starting from Studio, you can optionally remove the badge. Agency includes multi-brand support with optional badge removal.
Do I need to install anything? ▾
No server-side installation is required. You simply embed a lightweight async widget snippet on your site or app. TellBack then captures feedback with full page context.
