1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a workspace on Tellback.io, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Service

Tellback.io provides a bug-reporting and user-experience widget (`widget.js`) that captures clicks, console logs, audio reviews, and screenshot metadata on whitelisted origin domains. We process these session logs to generate structured developer tasks and prompts.

3. Allowed Origins and Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Configuring proper Allowed Origins in your dashboard to prevent unauthorized third-party domains from loading your public site keys.
• Ensuring you do not capture or submit sensitive PII or credentials. Tellback provides client-side element masking classes (`data-tellback-ignore`) which you are expected to place on sensitive fields (e.g. billing forms, credit card details).
• Providing clear disclosures and obtaining any required consent from your website visitors prior to capturing clicks or recording audio.

4. Billing and Pricing Plans

Tellback.io is currently running a soft-launch release phase:

• Free Tier: Limited to 100 sessions, 10 feedback submissions, 5 daily AI Cap, and 50MB storage.
• Pro Tier: Pricing is listed as placeholder only. Paid subscription activations and Stripe gateways are not yet enabled. Manual tier adjustments may be performed by Tellback admin staff during this soft-launch.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". Tellback.io disclaims all warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, Vertex AI downtime, or incorrect developer task interpretations.
