Subscription Plans Overview

  • Solo: Designed for single developers. Includes baseline feedback items and session records with single-project access.
  • Freelance: Includes expanded feedback limits, multiple projects, voice notes support, and custom prompt templates.
  • Studio: Extends limits to accommodate small teams. Includes multi-seat support and removable branding options.
  • Agency: Built for client-focused agencies. Includes webhooks access, client portals, and higher daily quotas.
  • Enterprise: Uncapped resources, dedicated support channels, and custom white-label branding options.

Usage Limits & Quotas

Each subscription tier enforces limits across key telemetry parameters:

  • Monthly Feedback Cards: The total number of bug reports or suggestions you can receive each cycle.
  • Session Telemetry records: The number of background interaction streams recorded.
  • AI Task Generations: Vertex AI processing quota limits. If your workspace exceeds the monthly limit, AI generation pauses, and cards default to a manual status.

Billing Cycle & Resets

Usage limits are monitored against your billing cycle. Limits reset automatically at the start of each monthly subscription term. You can upgrade, downgrade, or review real-time usage statistics at any time in the Usage and Billing panels of your project settings.

Site owners are responsible for providing appropriate visitor notices and obtaining any required consent for feedback collection, pageview tracking, session context, replay, audio, screenshots, booking forms, email reminders, and AI processing where applicable.
