Dashboard Overview
Manage submitted feedback, view interaction replay streams, and configure project parameters inside TellBack.
The TellBack dashboard serves as the central hub for analyzing feedback, reproducing user sessions, managing tasks, and configuring widget behavior.
Dashboard Sections
1. Inbox
The Inbox lists all feedback cards submitted by visitors. Clicking a card opens the detail view:
- Submitted Details: The visitor's comments, selected element coordinates, and email contact information (if provided).
- Screenshots: View the client-rendered viewport capture.
- Diagnostic Panel: View compiled console error trails and failed network connections.
2. Sessions
The Sessions list contains telemetry session records:
- Replay Player: Reconstructs the user's interface state dynamically inside a sandboxed player frame to review recorded interaction streams.
- Activity Log: A chronological list of clicks, scroll levels, and path changes.
- Metadata Card: Lists client browser versions, device formats, and operating systems.
3. Tasks
The Tasks page holds AI-generated backlog cards:
- Progress Tracking: Manage tasks through their development lifecycle (
To Do,In Progress,In Review,Completed). - Prompt Copier: Access the specialized instructions prompt to load into coding environments.
4. Bookings
The Bookings page lists demo scheduling slots requested by visitors. Here you can filter by upcoming or past views, copy Google Meet join links, and retry synchronization tasks.
5. Settings
Manage workspace-level features, configure Allowed Origins, adjust active Feedback Modes, choose Visitor Identity Modes, and modify billing parameters.
Privacy & Consent Responsibility
Site owners are responsible for providing appropriate visitor notices and obtaining any required consent for feedback collection, pageview tracking, session context, replay, audio, screenshots, booking forms, email reminders, and AI processing where applicable.
