Inviting Collaborators

Project invitations are managed under Settings > Members:

1. Invite by Email: Enter the target collaborator's email and select their role.
2. Secure Tokens: TellBack generates a secure invitation token and emails a link to the invitee.
3. Acceptance: When the recipient clicks the link, they authorize their account and are added to the project.

Project Member Roles & Permissions

To maintain workspace security and separate billing access, TellBack supports two roles:

1. owner

• Privileges: Full project control.
• Actions Allowed: Manage billing plans and update credit details, promote/demote members, delete projects, and invite new members.

2. editor

• Privileges: General triage and configuration access.
• Actions Allowed: Access the feedback Inbox, review session replay streams, update AI task statuses, and manage bookings.
• Actions Blocked: Cannot view billing logs, edit payment parameters, invite members, or manage member roles.
